Ultrasonic Welding
JOINING TECHNOLOGIES
This process forms permanent joints using ultrasonic waves in the form of high-energy vibration. It is the least expensive and fastest plastic welding process and so is the first to be considered in many welding applications. It is fast, repeatable and very controllable. No fillers are required and there is no waste or contamination.
