Strengths
• Restricted entry gives security
• Convenient: Cyclist can ride to the door of the cycle park and then only have a short walk to the entrance of the building
• Concierge provides security patrols
• Double deck - space saving, high capacity, allows both the frame and wheels to be locked to the stand

Weaknesses
• Key codes can be passed on to non-residents
• False sense of security provided to residents
• Wheel grabbers - difficult to lock frame to stand. Bikes liable to falling over
• Large site to be covered by 1 Concierge office
• Some 'abandoned' looking bikes using the stands
• Some people are now choosing to store their cycle on the balcony presumably due to theft issues
